We live internationally and reached out to Andrea for her to work with my sister in selecting a property. Andrea quickly put us in contact with her mortgage broker, sent us listings and arranged viewings with my sister.  Within 3 weeks we had a property selected, and with Andrea’s guidance, advice, and resources, we were successful with our first offer on our first-choice property.  We had a very tight closing schedule and, again, with Andrea’s resources, calm guidance, and excellent communication, we closed 4 weeks after the offer was made.  Of all our property purchases over the years, this was easily the least stressful and most successful.  We are thankful for Andrea’s expertise and insight in the Eastside market to complete this goal for us.   We will happily reach out to Andrea for future purchases.
