I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and I love it here! I graduated from the University of Washington, Foster’s School of Business and spent the first part of my career as the Chief Financial Officer for a large healthcare organization. I am also a Certified Public Accountant.

I became a realtor as I wanted to help people navigate one of their most important decisions – buying or selling a home. I love meeting new people and learning how I can help them.

My unique background in finance and business provides value to my clients as I possess excellent skills in property valuation, negotiations, project management and understanding financial, contractual and technical issues. If you are buying a property requiring a resale certificate, I can read and interpret the HOA financials and reserve studies to help you make an informed decision.

In addition, my husband is a general contractor, and together we built our own home. I have access to a number of skilled craftsman should you need recommendations for a home remodel.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and traveling.
