We live internationally and reached out to Andrea for her to work with my sister in selecting a property. Andrea quickly put us in contact with her mortgage broker, sent us listings and arranged viewings with my sister. Within 3 weeks we had a property selected, and with Andrea’s guidance, advice, and resources, we were successful with our first offer on our first-choice property. We had a very tight closing schedule and, again, with Andrea’s resources, calm guidance, and excellent communication, we closed 4 weeks after the offer was made. Of all our property purchases over the years, this was easily the least stressful and most successful.
